Warranty Coverage

• All applicable products come with a 15-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
• To claim warranty, customers must provide the original invoice.
• If the invoice is unavailable, a valid order number or courier tracking number may be required.
• If neither the invoice nor order/tracking details are provided, the warranty claim will be considered void.
• Warranty Claims Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases

 

Warranty coverage does not apply under the following conditions:

• Water or liquid damage to the product
• Physical damage, including cracks, breakage or damage caused by misuse or mishandling
• Electrical damage, such as overcharging or circuit burn caused by unstable or high-voltage power sources (where applicable)
• If the product has been repaired, modified or tampered with by an unauthorized individual or service center
• If the safety seal is removed, damaged or found broken
• If both the invoice and order or courier tracking details are unavailable
